My thoughts on the Snail Curve

I had the pleasure of receiving a complimentary Snail Curve by SVibe to see whether we’d like to develop a collaboration. I let them know I wouldn’t be doing a “toy review” because I charge for those, BUT I also had too much fun playing with this toy to not write something. Sooooo, below are some of my (and Alfredo’s) random musings about one of my new favorite toys:

First time I used it, it was like BAM. The internal rumblings plus the fact that the clitoral stimulator followed my clit during all parts of the thrusting motion led me to an almost immediate orgasm. I’m a girl who loves a steady rhythm, and this toy allows you to choose a combination of g-spot and clitoral stimulation rhythms, plus you (or your partner) manually choose a thrusting one – delicious.

Breakdown:

  • G-spot stimulator

    1. Curves beautifully for my body, is firm, and vibrates powerfully.

    1. I personally also love the girth because it doesn’t feel too small, but also not too big that I need to be super prepared to insert.

    • There is a decent range for length. If you are just leaving it inside you to vibrate, my measuring tape says you can basically choose a depth of 2-5inches and let it do its thing while simultaneously stimulating the clitoris if you so choose. Reminder that internally, most nerve endings and the G-spot are all found close to the vaginal opening, so the 2-3 inches range can be SUCH a great area to play with.

    • Can be used in a vagina or anus because it has a stopper (didn’t try anally, but the clitoral ball will keep it from getting lost in there).

  • Clitoral stimulator.

    • I imagine this company is known for this specific feature. The clitoral stimulator curves into itself so that you don’t lose the clitoral vibration regardless of whether it is shallowly inserted or deeply inserted. It follows the body!

  • Accessibility.

    • Given all the toy has going on, it’s lighter than I expected. Especially if you already have the toy inserted, the part that will be sticking out is the lightest which is nice for my wrists that tend to easily complain.

    • The length of the handle and hooky hole at the tip of the handle allow for easier thrusting than a shorter toy would (Alfredo specifically commented that this reduced his own arm fatigue in maneuvering it in my body).

    • The natural curve also means that less work is required for reaching my favorite spots.

    • The power buttons are on the handle tip and accessible via the thumbs – for me this is great because I’m often struggling to figure out where the buttons are on a toy when I need to make a change which can be frustrating. I can tell that I won’t need to look to change vibrations.

Overall, I am loving this new toy. I even took it on a recent trip with me so I could keep playing with it. Hell, writing down memories of how it functions is inspiring me to play with it now!

As you may or may not know, I’m picky about my toys and am honest AF when I talk about them. And also, everybody is different, so just because I love something, doesn’t mean you will. Keep in mind, too, that solo and partnered use can be very different. Sex toys were kinda ehh for me until a partner invited me to spend time with my collection within our shared encounters. Now I’m an absolute toy lover and don’t travel without them. So, if you have a toy and you’re ehh about it, consider trying it in a new way (whether the new way is solo/partnered or with a (safe) alternative function as you might learn something new!).
